A little bit of background:
I have accumulated 5+ years of experience crafting beautiful and engaging products across the web, print, and mobile app mediums, as a Digital Product Designer and Strategist for a global consulting firm. A leader that spearheads efforts to transform and revitalize digital experiences for some of the world’s most successful brands, I lean on my technical and creative design background to add value for clients big and small.

Designed a digital platform to sequentially track each teens progress through various programs/initiatives and ultimately connects teens with opportunities based on their achievements.

Designed an simple and intuitive user interface to create awareness of Sprint products/services through a Lead Generation Survey. Additionally, creating a visual design system to be reused as needed based on future content fluctuations and survey question logic.

Gathered qualitative Store Associate info by conducting 41 interviews and quantitative user journey data through capturing over 13,000 field observations. Synthesized research data into storyboards and personas to convey findings.

Facilitated the development of a modernized digital experience through functional requirement definition, User Stories, User Flows, Wireframes and Accessibility Guidelines.

Executed 30+ domestic and international Research Workshops to better understand the global employee experiences with internal Finance systems and synthesized research findings into 7 cross-functional end-to-end Journey Maps.

Redesigned client Data Management System alongside completion of stakeholder interviews, wireframes, and process flows. Managed completion of tasks by offshore Visual Designer and facilitated deliverable status and handoff through JIRA.

what I'm up to now.
01. Making stellar progress on my 2019 goals to renovate an investment property, travel purposefully, and always be creating.

02. Planning for a three month sabbatical in Ghana some time towards the end of the year.

03. Challenging myself to travel to a new international city every other month.
